Every Dinosuit kit includes:

What dinosaurs are available?

Currently the range includes three prehistoric favourites:

T.Rex – the undisputed dinosaur royalty.
Triceratops – complete with its famous horns and shield.
Stegosaurus – with its iconic back plates and swinging tail.

Building Your Dinosuit

What age is it suitable for?

Dinosuits are designed for children aged 6+. Most children aged 7–8 and above can build independently using the picture instructions, while younger builders may enjoy creating one with an adult.

Can my child build it alone?

Yes. Dinosuits were designed so children can experience the satisfaction of building something themselves. Younger children may enjoy building alongside a parent, grandparent or older sibling.

How long does it take to build?

Most families complete their Dinosuit in around 45–60 minutes, making the building process a fun activity before the adventure begins.

Is it easy to build?

Yes! Each Dinosuit kit includes easy-to-follow, step-by-step picture instructions that make assembly a fun and engaging experience for children and adults alike.

Do I need any tools?

No additional tools are required. Each Dinosuit kit includes everything you need for assembly, so children can start building straight out of the box.

Is glue required?

No. The innovative design means all the pieces slot together without any glue, tape or sticky mess.

Wearing & Playing

How does it fit?

Each Dinosuit is carefully designed and tested to fit children comfortably while allowing plenty of freedom of movement for active play. Adjustable straps ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

How big is the finished Dinosuit?

The finished dinosaur is approximately 60 cm long and is designed to fit children aged 6+ comfortably while remaining lightweight and easy to control.

Can adults wear it?

Yes. Dinosuits fit many adults too. Simply replace the included children's waist belt with a longer belt or strap if required.

Is it durable?

Dinosuits are designed to withstand plenty of roaring, stomping and imaginative play. We've carefully refined the design through extensive testing to make them lightweight, comfortable and surprisingly robust while still using sustainable materials.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes. Dinosuits are perfect for garden adventures, parties and outdoor play on dry days. Like most cardboard products, we recommend avoiding wet weather.

Can it be decorated?

Absolutely! While Dinosuits look fantastic straight from the box, many children enjoy adding their own decorations, colours and creative touches. Many schools also use them as part of art and design projects.

Can I store it after building?

Yes. Many families enjoy displaying their finished Dinosuit by hanging it from a bedroom ceiling or wall. If you'd prefer to store it away, it can also be carefully disassembled and packed flat again.

What are the educational benefits?

Building a Dinosuit encourages children to solve problems, develop spatial awareness and practise fine motor skills. Once complete, imaginative role play helps develop confidence, storytelling and active play.

What materials is it made from?

Dinosuits are made primarily from FSC-certified cardboard and responsibly sourced wooden components. Around 95% of each kit is made from sustainable materials, helping reduce plastic while creating a toy that's both durable and recyclable.

Is it eco-friendly?

We believe imaginative play shouldn't come at the planet's expense. That's why Dinosuits are made primarily from sustainable FSC-certified materials and are designed to be recycled once their prehistoric adventures come to an end. We're continually looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact through thoughtful product design and responsible manufacturing.

Can I recycle it?

Dinosuits are made from recyclable materials, including FSC-certified wood and cardboard. When your child is ready to move on, simply disassemble the parts and recycle them through your local recycling programme.

Is it safety tested?

Yes. Dinosuits have been independently tested to meet recognised toy safety standards for the UK, EU and USA.
